You will love the man made dammed off pond that can be used for swimming, fishing, canoeing, paddle boarding or whatever water activity you enjoy! In the winter one road is left unplowed for the greatest sledding hill around! If outdoors is what you love doing with your time this is a property you will NOT want to miss looking at! Excellent high speed internet is available for working remotely. Security cameras & hard drive, silver fridge & microwave in apartment are all staying. In the garage there is an uninstalled dishwasher for the kitchen that will be staying as well.
